Our approach

Voice Affirm ("the app") treats protecting your personal information as a core responsibility. The app is designed not to send data to any external server: everything it handles, including recordings and photos, is stored only on your device.

Information we handle

The app uses the following information on your device only. None of it is ever transmitted externally.

• Recordings (audio): the audio files you create as affirmation recordings. Stored in your device’s local storage.
• Text data: the titles and sentences attached to your recordings. Stored in a database on your device.
• Photos and images: images you choose as playlist thumbnails. Stored in your device’s local storage.

Device permissions

The app asks for permission to use the following device features.

• Microphone: used to record your affirmations.
• Speech Recognition: used to transcribe your recordings into text. Processed through Apple’s standard API.
• Photo library: used when you choose a thumbnail image for a playlist.
• Notifications: used for the reminder feature. Notifications are handled on your device only and are not sent externally.

Sharing with third parties

The app never provides, sells or shares your recordings, text data or photos with third parties.

Deleting your data

All data created in the app is removed when you uninstall it. You can also delete items individually from within the app.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are read and how often. It relies on cookies, and sends Google information such as the pages you view, where you arrived from, your approximate region and your browser type. It does not send anything that directly identifies you, such as your name or email address.

Analytics is loaded only if you consent. If you decline, no analytics script is loaded at all and no analytics cookies are created.

Cookies and consent

This site uses the following cookies.

• Your consent choice: stores whether you accepted or declined, in your browser. This is needed for the site to work as intended and is never sent anywhere.
• Analytics (Google Analytics): created only if you consent. If you withdraw consent, these cookies are deleted.

Changing or withdrawing consent

You can change your choice at any time. Use "Cookie settings" at the bottom of any page to bring the banner back and choose again. If you withdraw consent, analytics is no longer loaded and any existing analytics cookies are deleted.

Contact form

The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated submissions. This is necessary for the form to be usable safely, so it runs whether or not you consent to analytics. What you send is used only to read your message and reply to you.

Sharing with third parties

This site never sells or shares the content of your enquiries with third parties. For analytics, Google processes the information as the service provider, as described above.

Changes to this policy

This privacy policy may be updated as needed. If there is a significant change, we will announce it in an app update or on this page.
